such a shit day today, it was raining so i couldn’t go for a fast walk. Instead I did a good few sit ups and leg raises. Then i had potatoes and duck which is alright and then i did more sit ups and all that. But after, i had like 3 spoons of nutella and chocolate balls, like did i really need those? No. But i ate it anyway. Tomorrow better be good
